Our Programs

Big Sisters Programs

Mentorship has the power to transform lives. At Big Sisters of BC Lower Mainland, we offer one-to-one mentorship, group mentorship, and post-secondary programs for girls and gender-diverse youth (ages 7–17). Each program is designed to support young people at different stages of their journey.

While one-to-one mentorship builds meaningful relationships and provides personalized support, group mentorship creates opportunities for shared experiences, connection, and collective growth. Our post-secondary programs help youth explore career and education pathways, set goals, access opportunities, and overcome financial barriers as they prepare for their future. Together, these programs help young people build confidence, develop skills, and reach their full potential.
